Six Pack Workouts

"Is It Really About The Ab Workouts?"


There is a six pack workouts video below I would like you to watch.
It demonstrates some good abdominal exercises to help strengthen your core.

Having a solid core can also help you with the other exercises you are currently doing in your routine.

But first I'd like to say this.

All the six pack exercises in the world won't do you diddly, unless you have your diet and body fat in check.

Do you know why?  Because your diet is 90% of the equation here.

You can workout your abs until you are so sore you can barely bend... but if you have a layer of fat covering up those abs... guess what?

That's right!  You WON'T see them!!

So, watch the video below and learn some new ab cutting exercises.

But take it all with a grain of salt.

As a matter of fact, before you even watch the six pack workouts video... check out the diet section and then have a look at the how to lose weight with cardio page.

If after checking out those two pages, you find that everything is in order, then by all means... proceed to the ab exercises below.

Otherwise, do yourself a favor and get those two very important items in check.. or I guarantee you'll be wasting your time building thicker abs under a layer of fat.

Again, it is great to do these exercises to strengthen your core, but if achieving a six pack is your goal... work on your diet and cardio as well.

Obviously if you are the genetically elite, this may not apply to you.. but to the rest of us who cannot gain muscle by simply pushing a lawnmower and eating hotdogs all day... the above tips may come in handy!
