Muscle Building Supplements
Wow! That's the first thing that comes to mind when I think of
all
the muscle building supplements on the market today.
It can seem very overwhelming
trying to sift through the countless array of supplement brands and products.
If there is one thing I've learned
is that my money is best spent first-most on the most anabolic substance
available to you... namely FOOD.
Food should always take precedent
over weight lifting supplements.
If you have a $100 budget to
spend, I would say spend it on food because without the proper nutrients you are
