Free Printable Workout Log

If you are looking for a free printable workout log, you've come to the right place.
Here you will find a workout journal that you can download and print at no cost to you.

The log is available in two formats.

The first being a fitness log spreadsheet in Excel format that you can download for free and fill in the exercises, weight used, repetitions performed and more.

The second free printable workout log is a PDF file that is also available at no charge.

After the file is downloaded, simply print it out and fill it in by hand.

Of the free workout logs available online, ours is setup as 1 page per week so you'll be able to keep your workouts organized on a weekly basis.

After you print out the free workout chart, you can also punch holes along the left margin so you can easily fit each weekly page into a small binder that you can take to the gym with you.
